Ralph “King” Aviola elected Alumni President

Businessman Ralph “King” Aviola of HS Class ’79 was unanimously elected President of the Ateneo de Davao University Alumni Association. Mr. Aviola, whose election was expected right after the first board meeting following the induction of the new Board of Trustees, ran unopposed and was voted unanimously during the second Board Meeting last February 10, 2004.

Also elected were Rico Oñate (HS Class ’80) as Vice-President, Paul Dakudao (HS Class ’81) as Secretary, Randy Gamir (HS Class ’82) as Treasurer, Conrado Adeva (HS Class ’80) as Auditor, Eric Cembrano (HS Class ’81) as Public Relations Officer and Benjie Lizada (HS Class ’79) as this year’s Homecoming Chair.

The rest of this year’s trustees are Raul Breva (HS Class ’83), Ferdinand Tabaco (HS Class ’82); Raymund Salvador (HS Class ’79); Atty. Leo Madrazo (HS Class ’79); Richard Villanueva (HS Class ’83); Dennis Sto. Domingo (HS Class ’78; Ex-Officio); Engr. Manuel Abrina (HS Class ’64) and Fr. Renato Ocampo S.J.
