THIS YEAR’S ALUMNI HOMECOMING THEME: ATENEOSTALGIA

ADDU High School Class ’79 gave a preview of this year’s Alumni Homecoming with the theme: ATENEOSTALGIA. Led by ADDU Alumni President Ralph “King” Aviola and this year’s Alumni Homecoming Chair Benjie Lizada, the class hosted a cocktail-dinner party at classmate Peter Lat’s residence along Legaspi Street for select alumni class representatives including a handful of this year’s golden jubilarians.

The event’s highlight was a video presentation of old and new pictures taken at the school’s matina campus depicting over 50 years of high school fun and tradition. The class also distributed a compilation of song lyrics, specially printed and compiled for the occasion, which came in handy during the karaoke session that followed. It was a night of fun, food and “flowing” drinks – a foretaste of this year’s alumni homecoming.

The class incidentally is sponsoring a “Balik-Ateneo Photo Exhibit” at the Ateneo Matina Campus this August to coincide with the coming Ateneo Fiesta. The same Photo Exhibit will be brought to SM City Davao for public viewing.
